We are seeking a talented and collaborative UI/UX Designer to join our Experience Design team. In this role, you will design digital products from start to finish for high-profile global clients-bridging the gap between business goals and great design by turning complex requirements into clean, user-friendly digital experiences.

Your work will span websites, e-commerce pages, landing pages, HTML5 banners, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong design eye, a solid grasp of user-centered principles, and is comfortable building prototypes and collaborating closely with developers to bring designs to life.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Design & Creative Execution

• Translate complex client briefs, user journeys, and stories into elegant, modern, and accessible visual interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX).
• Build highly detailed, responsive wireframes, user flows, UI states, and interactive prototypes that clearly demonstrate functionality and transitions to stakeholders and clients.
• Concept and execute premium digital campaign assets, including dynamic HTML5 display banners, rich-media EDMs, and high-converting landing pages.

Systems, Standards & Assets

• Convert complex brand requirements into scalable style guides, comprehensive design systems, component libraries, and repeatable UI patterns.
• Author original creative content, including custom vector iconography, interface illustrations, and bespoke digital imagery.
• Ensure all digital deliverables strictly adhere to global brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to drive engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with front-end developers, engineering teams, and Project Managers to ensure design intent and interactive specifications are flawlessly implemented.
• Manage deliverables across multiple project tracks, proactively communicating statuses, risks, and resource requirements.
• Participate in design reviews, presenting rationales clearly and constructively receiving and implementing feedback.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX, product design, or digital agency experience.
• Stellar portfolio demonstrating a proven track record of designing sophisticated digital ecosystems, e-commerce experiences, and high-impact campaigns for global enterprise clients.
• Industry-leading expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of modern web standards (HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and their limitations, ensuring layouts are optimized for performance and responsiveness.
• Proficiency in motion design principles, UI transitions, and micro-interactions (using After Effects, Lottie, or CSS transitions).
• Deep understanding of grid systems, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and digital accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Exceptional communication skills-able to articulate complex design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A continuous learner who proactively stays ahead of emerging web trends, UX methodologies, AI design tools, and interface technologies.
• Collaborative team-first mindset with the organizational capability to manage tight deadlines and coordinate across international time zones as required.
