The Role :

We're looking for a data-driven Senior Product Analyst who can turn complex data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Operations teams to analyze performance, design experiments, and influence product decisions.
What You'll Do :
- Perform deep-dive analysis on product features to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Own and manage product dashboards and KPIs across user journeys.
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests with strong statistical rigor.
- Track product releases and monitor post-launch performance.
- Build and maintain dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau.
- Work closely with Product Managers to support roadmap decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Ops, Marketing, CX) to improve conversion, retention, NPS, and order frequency.
- Communicate insights effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.
What We're Looking For :
Must-Have :
- 4+ years of experience in product, growth, or marketing analytics (B2C required).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau/Power BI.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing end-to-end.
- Strong analytical skills (funnels, cohorts, segmentation).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
Good to Have :
- Experience with product instrumentation and event tracking.
- Familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, BigQuery, or Metabase.
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment.
