About the role
The Customer Service Representative handles inbound customer contacts for the client, a residential solar installer, supporting homeowners with installation, billing and a newly launched home battery plan. The role is accountable for accurate status updates, scheduling, plan enrollment, billing and payment support, and for documenting every contact. It partners with the field team to escalate urgent issues such as a system that is down. The role is onsite at the Philippines and Colombia sites, with four openings in total.
Required qualifications
At least 1 year of customer service in a contact center, voice preferred.
Clear spoken and written English. Colombia: English level B2 or higher.
Comfortable using two or three systems at once.
High school diploma or equivalent. College level preferred.
Preferred qualifications
Experience with solar, utilities, home services or telecom accounts.
Spanish (for the Colombia openings, bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus).
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Zendesk.
