1. The Blockchain Market and Our Challenge
Since our early days, we have focused heavily on R&D in blockchain infrastructure. Through these efforts, we have successfully developed technology that enables secure, cost-efficient, and scalable interoperability between different blockchains.
This technology is highly innovative on a global scale and has received strong recognition, including from SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication).
Leveraging this technology and our deep expertise in blockchain, we are advancing businesses related to blockchain-based finance and digital currencies, including stablecoins and tokenized deposits.
2. Products You Will Work On
You will lead the planning, development, and growth of products that are expected to become critical infrastructure for on-chain finance, including our recently announced enterprise Web3 wallet and Data Privacy solutions.
3. Mission
As our Web3 wallet system enters full-scale production operations, your mission will be to work closely with the SRE Lead and drive the reliability, availability, and scalability of our infrastructure to the highest possible level.
As our multi-chain support continues to expand, the complexity of our infrastructure is also increasing. You will be expected to solve these challenges through strong technical expertise, play a central role in our on-call rotation, and build next-generation infrastructure that users can rely on with confidence.
4. Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize infrastructure on Azure AKS
- Design SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets, and continuously improve monitoring practices
- Improve and automate CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in the on-call rotation and handle production incidents
- Provide infrastructure support and consultation to development teams and promote Platform Engineering initiatives
- Drive cost optimization and performance tuning

We are hiring for this position to strengthen the SRE capabilities that will play a central role in building and operating this infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as an SRE or Infrastructure Engineer
- Hands-on experience designing and operating production Kubernetes environments, including managed Kubernetes clusters
- Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Helm
- Extensive experience handling production incidents and system failures
- Experience building and operating monitoring and observability platforms using tools such as Grafana
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating blockchain nodes
- Hands-on experience with Azure environments, including AKS and Azure Monitor
- Proven SRE experience with large-scale, highly available systems
- Experience driving Platform Engineering initiatives and improving the developer experience
