We’re Hiring: Servicenow Technical Architect
Location: Eton Cyberpod 2 Quezon City

Qualifications
· Must have 6-8 years relevant experience in ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM/SPM)
· AI Experience is an advantage
· Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
· With a minimum of 6 years in a similar technical architecture role
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project objectives
· Expert-level certification in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) - Discovery, with a strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices
· Strong technical skills in areas such as cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity, with experience in designing and implementing technical solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions
· Experience working in an Account Delivery role, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of account management and customer satisfaction
