IT Supervisor

• Supervise and support the company's IT infrastructure across HQ and factory locations.

• Manage servers, networks, firewalls, internet connectivity, and data security.

• Ensure smooth operation of ERP, business applications, and manufacturing-related systems.

• Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

• Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance plans.

• Manage IT assets, software licenses, backups, and disaster recovery processes.

• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.

• Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and technology improvements.

• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and technical support.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Windows Server Administration

  • Active Directory & Microsoft 365

  • Networking (Switches, Routers, Firewalls)

  • Virtualization Technologies

  • Backup & Security Solutions

  • ERP Systems (Odoo experience is a plus)

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
