Overview:

We are seeking a Software Engineer IIIto support and enhance our marketing technology ecosystem through the development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical integrations and business systems. This role serves as a key technical partner to Marketing Operations, owning the technical health of platforms such as Marketo,integrations withSalesforce, and other marketing technology solutions.

The ideal candidate has experience building and supporting SaaS integrations, diagnosing complex system issues, and collaborating across technical and business teams. This engineer will serve as the primary technical resource for marketing technology integrations, ensuring business-critical workflowsremainreliable, scalable, and well supported.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Technology & Integrations:

• Own the technical management and ongoing support of the Marketo-Salesforce integration, and various other marketing tools with enterprise applications.

• Design, implement,monitor, andmaintainintegrations between marketing, CRM,content,videoand brand assets platform.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issuesimpactingmarketing technology platforms, data flows, and automated processes.

• Serve as the primary engineering point of contact when marketing technology integrations or workflows fail.

• Partner withmarketing operations and content marketing teamsto improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

• Support integrations with third-party SaaS platforms, including vendor-provided solutions and custom integrations.

• Develop monitoring, alerting, and documentation processes to improve supportability and operational excellence.

• Manage data synchronization and ensure data quality across connected systems.

Cross-Functional Partnership:

• Build strong working relationships between Engineering and Marketing teams.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Act as the internal technical expert for vendor-managed integrations and marketing technology platforms.

• Provide guidance and troubleshooting support during system upgrades, platform enhancements, andnew technologyimplementations.

Operational Excellence:

• Investigate and resolve production issues affecting marketing systems and integrations.

• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.

• Create andmaintaintechnical documentation for integrations, workflows, and system configurations.

• Identifyopportunities to automate manual processes and improve platform performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience supporting SaaS platforms, integrations, or enterprise business systems.

• Experience with Salesforce and Marketo administration, development, or integration support.

• Experience working with REST APIs, web services, and integration technologies.

• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

• Experience supporting production systems and business-critical workflows.

• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts, architecture decisions, and project status to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Marketo-Salesforce integrations.

• Experience with marketing technology platforms and marketing operations processes.

• Experience supporting Coupa integrations or other enterprise SaaS platforms.

• Familiarity with middleware, integration platforms, or iPaaS solutions.

• Experience with SQL, data mapping, and data synchronization processes.

• Knowledge of lead lifecycle management, campaign operations, and CRM processes.

• Experience working in Agile environments.
