Accounts & Admin Executive (1-Year Contract, Renewable)

Responsibilities

• Manage payments, reimbursements, invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in preparing financial reports on expenses, taxes and other data for management review.
• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors and accounting firms.
• Provide administrative support to internal teams and oversee general office operations.
• Manage and track company assets, facilities and related documentation.
• Coordinate vendor-related matters, including contracts and service arrangements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for engagements with government agencies.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
