Compensation and Benefit Manager (Central/ Up to $8K)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Compensation & Benefits strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead international HR management initiatives, including staffing, policy development, process deployment, and performance management.
• Drive Headquarters HR policies and processes across the organisation.
• Analyse and monitor HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making and organisational development.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and enhance process efficiency with support from the HR administrative team.
• Draft and review HR policies, proposals, and lead major HR projects as assigned.

• Bachelor in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of compensation & benefit experience
• Well-versed in employment regulations and workplace practices within Singapore and the SEA region.
• Strong expertise across Employee Relations, HRIS, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Project Management, Recruitment, Training & Development, and HR policy development.
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across all levels.
• Positive attitude, resilience, integrity, ambition, strong teamwork, and effective communication skills.
