Sales Executive ( Up to $4.5k Basic + Bonus |West)

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with existing Key Accounts to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify, develop and secure new customers to contribute to company’s sales targets and growth.
• Develop, negotiate and execute customized marketing and promotion strategies to meet client needs and achieve revenue objectives.
• Collaborate closely with supply chain teams to support promotions, campaigns, and product launches.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights.
• Responsible for new product listing and its strategic promotion planning.
• Handle consumer complaints and resolve them effectively.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present forecasts to management.
• Analyse data and prepare relevant reports for management decision making.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in food sales industry.
• Good in computer skills, particularly excel skills.
• Ability to gather and use data to make inform decision making and persuade others.
• Proven skills to communicate, present and influence credibly and efficiently to external and internal partners.
• Positive, motivated attitude.
• Ability to work independently, effectively managing time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines
