About Integrated Bio
Integrated Bio (integratedbio.com) is a physical AI company developing multimodal biological datasets and AI for drug discovery, focusing on aging and age-related diseases. We are risk-takers, and we bet heavily that the future of societal health lies at the intersection of biological discovery, drug design, and AI. Our growing, star-studded team includes accomplished industry veterans and scientists from top universities, including Harvard, Princeton, and UCSB. Our team has deployed large-scale scientific discovery systems, brought drug candidates to the clinic, and published in Nature, Science, and Cell. We have accomplished all of this with no egos, and we are growing fast.
About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant: the person who picks up logistics onsite and works with the CEO to ensure the company runs smoothly.
You will own calendar management, inbox triage, meeting preparation, travel, and follow-through, and you will run the administrative operations of the CEO's office. Unimpeachable discretion is a non-negotiable requirement of this seat. You will work with the CEO, with sharp judgment about what to handle yourself, what to escalate to the CEO, and what is yours to communicate. And you will be expected to be direct, while being an excellent communicator with the entire team.
You will
- Coordinate the CEO's calendar: prioritize ruthlessly, protect focus time, and say no gracefully
- Triage the CEO's inbox and communications, drafting responses and surfacing only what truly needs attention
- Prepare the CEO for every meeting (agendas, briefs, and materials) and track follow-ups to completion
- Coordinate travel, expenses, and scheduling with investors, board members, advisors, and partners
- Run the day-to-day administrative operations of the CEO's office, and anticipate and fix problems before they reach the CEO’s desk
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
You're a good fit if you have
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a science or business-related field
- 2+ years supporting a C-level executive, founder, or partner in a fast-moving environment (startup, biotech, VC, banking, or similar)
- A track record of unimpeachable discretion with sensitive information that your references will vouch for
- Exceptional organization and prioritization, and calm execution under pressure and shifting priorities
- Direct, concise communication
- Sound judgment about escalation: you know what to absorb, what to raise, and when
- Fluency with modern tools (Google Workspace, Slack, and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude)
Bonus points for
- Experience supporting a CEO or founder at a venture-backed startup or life sciences company
- Experience coordinating board meetings, legal and HR paperwork, and investor logistics
- Event planning experience (offsites, team events, scientific advisory board meetings)
- Interest in the business and science of biotech, especially therapeutics and drug discovery
What we offer
- Impact: You will play a key role in the work that drives our mission to cure age-related diseases. As an early hire, you will help shape the direction of the company, and your efforts will directly advance therapies with the potential to transform healthcare.
- People: You will work alongside a team of top-tier scientists and engineers, and directly with our founders, Dr. Felix Wong and Prof. Max Wilson. Our alumni have co-authored high-impact scientific papers and gone on to highly successful career trajectories.
- Flexibility: We cultivate an environment that is respectful of personal life and less rigid than academia or a large company. Joining us is like joining a family. We don't expect you to hang out with us outside of normal working hours, but it's likely you'll occasionally do so anyway because we're so fun.
Location & logistics
This role is located at Redwood LIFE in Redwood City, CA, a modern and stunning life sciences complex in the Bay Area. This is an in-person role: the job is being where the work happens, alongside the CEO and the team.
Visa sponsorship available where applicable. We'll work with you to make it happen.
Timing: search underway September to October 2026; target start October 2026.
Compensation & benefits
Salary band: $90K to $130K depending on experience, plus equity and a performance bonus, commensurate with experience and the cost of living in the San Francisco Bay Area.
