Infrastructure Administrator

You will work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure systems remain secure, scalable, and highly available. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual server infrastructure
• Administer and support Windows and Linux operating systems
• Manage virtualisation platforms and ensure optimal performance
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls
• Support cloud and hybrid cloud environments
• Implement and maintain security controls, access management, and vulnerability remediation
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
• Monitor infrastructure health, investigate incidents, and perform root cause analysis
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and infrastructure reports

• Education: Relevant Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in IT Infrastructure Administration
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments
• Exposure to cloud and virtualisation technologies
• Technical Skills:
• Windows Server Administration
• Linux Administration
• VMware, Hyper-V, or similar virtualisation platforms
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals
• LAN/WAN technologies
• Cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure environments
• Infrastructure security and access management
• Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions
• Advantageous:
• Microsoft Certifications (MCSA/MCSE)
• CompTIA Network+ or Security+
• Cisco CCNA
• PowerShell or Bash scripting
• Monitoring and automation tools
• Additional Requirements:
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
