REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or degree in Sales or Marketing will be highly advantageous
Proven experience in luxury retail, high-ticket architectural finishes, premium hospitality or high-end real estate
Highly polished, articulate, and culturally savvy
Natural confident to engage comfortably with affluent clients and industry professionals
Authentic, low-pressure relationship builder who focus on building honest, long-term relationships that drive repeat business
The absolute ability to comfortably read and interpret architectural floor plans, cross-sections and technical drawings
Physically fit, nimble and comfortable with heights and confined spaces to perform thorough on-site structural surveys

DUTIES

Welcome high-net-worth clients, architects and developers as a trusted advisor
Guide clients through premium product ranges, understanding their lifestyle and inspiring their design vision
Collaborate directly with project managers, main contractors and structural engineers on-site to provide critical technical, spatial and installation advice
Physically inspect roof trusses, ceiling voids and complex building structures to assess flue paths and structural clearances, ensuring flawless execution
Prepare quotes and follow up with clients, architects and developers on further requirements

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
