Job Description: FMS L1 Support

  1. Working experience of IT Support –desktop, laptop setup, MS Office installation troubleshooting etc.
  2. Knowledge of windows server, active directory, MS Office application as well as TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP is desired.
  3. Knowledge of system upgrades and patches, Antivirus updates/issues ,resolving any software issues.
  4. Good IT skills and knowledge of troubleshooting computer related issues both hardware and software, as well as desktop, laptop and mobile devices.
  5. Resolve end user IT incidents/requests raise by carrying out proper diagnosis/analysis.
  6. Basic Knowledge & troubleshooting basic network/LAN/WAN/Internet connectivity for systems.
  7. Knowledge of collaboration systems – Audio-Video system in meeting rooms, Handling & supporting projectors for end users.
  8. Accurately record, update, and document incident & requests using the IT service desk system.
  9. Co-ordinate with Asset management team & for allocation & de-allocation of assets to end users.
  10. Previous work-related experience in a customer service-related role required.
  11. Good communication skills, both oral and written
