This role is about turning raw data into meaningful insights. You’ll analyze financial, operational, and market data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities. Your work will support traders, managers, and leadership in making precise, data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do
- Collect, clean, and analyze financial, operational, and market data
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership
- Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and variance analysis
- Identify risks, trends, and opportunities from datasets
- Support trading and finance teams with research-backed insights
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategy formulation
- Collaborate with engineers to streamline data pipelines and reporting tools
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience as an Analyst (Finance, Business, or Data)
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication-able to simplify complex data into actionable insights
