  • Supervise plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and sewage systems.

  • Monitor contractor performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs, maintenance schedules, and service requirements.
  • Coordinate with tenants, operations, safety, projects, and other departments to resolve mechanical issues while maintaining minimum disruption to mall operations.
  • Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering
  • SMRP is a plus
