ABOUT THE BUSINESS
A UK coaching company founded by a former police officer. It helps police officers progress their careers through one-to-one coaching. The coaches are a team of retired and serving senior officers, and clients come through webinars, social media and sales calls. The coaching is growing fast, and the founder needs an organised, warm and reliable person to support clients and coaches every day.
THE ROLE
You'll make sure every new client gets a smooth start to their coaching. You'll keep coaches supported and keep the founder on top of his priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enrol new clients in GoHighLevel the same day they sign up, from pre-call forms to confirmed bookings.
- Match new clients with the right coach and make sure every coach has their Zoom links and session details.
- Follow up with prospective clients at two and four weeks after a call.
- Be a friendly first point of contact for clients and coaches by email and phone.
- Check the founder's inbox daily and send an end-of-day note of anything missed or outstanding.
- Give the founder one clear priority each day.
- Write clear SOPs in English, stored on the company Google Drive.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1. Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, or a comparable CRM with automated workflows.
2. 2+ years in an operations, admin or client support role, ideally supporting a founder.
3. Evidence of writing SOPs or process documentation.
4. Confident, tactful communication with senior professionals and clients, including by phone.
5. Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in your work.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in a coaching, training or membership business.
- Zoom and Google Workspace admin.
- An eye for tasks that could be automated.
WHAT'S ON OFFER
Fully remote work, a supportive founder, and the chance to be part of a coaching business that's helping police officers build their careers.
