We're hiring a Senior Solutions Consultant who can walk into a room of skeptical IT leaders and make agentic AI feel less like hype and more like the obvious next move. Your Job Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

• Own the technical win in complex enterprise deals. Partner with Account Executives or Account Managers from discovery through close on Simpplr's AI Work Platform, AI Intranet, AI Search, and AI Agents.
• Run technical discovery that goes past "what tools do you use" into how a customer's HRIS, ITSM, Slack/Teams, and knowledge systems actually connect and then map that to a real solution architecture.
• Design and deliver live, tailored demos and proof-of-concept builds that show AI Agents automating real workflows, not canned scripts.
• Architect and prototype agentic workflows and integrations; wiring Simpplr's AI Agents into customer systems via APIs and MCP tool connections to prove value before contracts are signed.
• Lead and own responses to RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires, translating architecture into procurement ready answers.
• Stay sharp on the competitive landscape and arm sales with sharp, technically credible positioning.
• Feed what you hear in the field back to Product and Engineering, and represent Simpplr's AI story externally through webinars, conferences, and content.

Your Skillset

What makes you a great fit for the team:

• 7+ years in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales at an enterprise SaaS company. You've owned the technical thread of a complex deal from discovery to close.
• Hands-on fluency with LLM APIs:  OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock. This goes beyond just using a chat interface. You've actually called these APIs and built something with them.
• Working knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and how it's used to connect AI agents to enterprise tools and data, plus practical grounding in RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and function calling.
• Strong command of REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and enterprise integration and identity patterns; SSO, SAML, SCIM, OIDC, iPaaS/middleware enough to architect and troubleshoot a real integration, not just describe one.
• Comfort with light scripting or development (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to stand up custom demo environments and proof-of-concept integrations.
• A track record of translating dense technical concepts into business outcomes for VP- and C-level audiences, and of leading RFP/RFI and security-questionnaire responses.
• Sharp, confident presence in live, high-stakes demos. You can handle a curveball question about architecture without losing the room.

We’d especially love to hear from you if:

• Prior experience selling or supporting an intranet, employee experience, ITSM, or HR-tech platform 
• You've personally built or prototyped an MCP server, custom GPT/agent tool, or AI agent integration for a customer, a side project, or just to see if you could.
• Experience presenting at industry conferences or webinars as a technical AI evangelist.
• Cloud or AI platform certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, or a major LLM vendor).

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $150,000 - $185,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.

Pay Range

$150,000—$185,000 USD

At Simpplr we believe that when work is good, life is better and that belief guides all we do. Including how we approach our flexible work model. Simpplr operates with a Hub-Hybrid-Remote model. This model is role-based with exceptions and provides employees with the flexibility that many have told us they want.

• Hub -100% work from Simpplr office. Role requires Simpplifier to be in the office full-time.
• Hybrid -  Hybrid work from home and office. Role dictates the ability to work from home, plus benefit from in-person collaboration on a regular basis. 
• Remote - 100% remote. Role can be done anywhere within your country of hire, as long as the requirements of the role are met.
