Transcarent is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst I to help turn data into insights that drive better business decisions.
In this role, you’ll partner with teams across the organization to understand their reporting and analytics needs, translate those needs into effective data solutions, and build interactive dashboards and reports that make complex information easier to understand and act on.

What You’ll Do
Build and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
Write SQL queries to support reporting, analysis, and ad-hoc business requests.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate requirements into meaningful analytics solutions.
Present data, insights, and recommendations in a clear and actionable way.
Troubleshoot reporting and data issues, identify root causes, and help develop scalable solutions.
Create and maintain reusable reporting components, including calculations, fields, metrics, and KPIs.
Work with multiple data sources and contribute to reporting solutions leveraging data warehouses and cloud-based platforms.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements, scope projects, and deliver reporting solutions.
Manage multiple projects and priorities while communicating progress, risks, and dependencies.
Help improve how we use data and reporting to support operational efficiency and decision-making across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Around 1-3 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or a related field.
Experience with a BI or data visualization platform such as QlikView, Qlik Sense, Tableau, or similar.
Working knowledge of SQL and experience querying and manipulating data.
Experience with Excel and other common productivity tools.
Familiarity with data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to communicate data and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and navigate ambiguity.
Strong collaboration skills and a desire to learn, experiment, and continuously improve.
Nice to Have
Experience with AWS Redshift, Databricks, SQL Server, or other cloud/data warehouse technologies.
Experience with Python for data analysis, reporting, or automation.
Familiarity with metadata management, master data management (MDM), or data quality tools.
Experience working with healthcare data or within the healthcare industry.
