  • Developing and executing comprehensive change management and internal communication strategies that address AI adoption barriers, alleviate job displacement fears, and inspire action across diverse employee personas.
  • Designing and deploying "Meeting in a Box" toolkits, leader huddle guides, and change agent playbooks to enable mid-level leaders (Band 5/6 Keymasters) to drive local team adoption.
  • Partnering with analytics leads to monitor sentiment (Pulse survey data) and design targeted learning interventions for low-engagement business units or frontline cohorts.
  • Planning, curating, and executing major technical events (e.g., Enterprise Hackathons, Innovation Sprints)designing problem statements, developer toolkits, and judging rubrics.
  • Integrating interactive challenges, arcade scenarios, and peer-to-peer coding competitions to drive hands-on tool experimentation and active skill application.
