Talent Acquisition / Technical Recruiter - IT

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, sourcing, and stakeholder coordination, with a strong interest in hiring for IT and engineering roles.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles (sourcing to onboarding).
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening calls.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring.
• Follow up with candidates and provide regular updates on their application status.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment/IT hiring.
• Familiarity with hiring for roles like software engineers, QA, DevOps, data engineers, etc.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Indeed.
• Good understanding of technical skills, tools, and technologies (Java, Python, Cloud, etc. ).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of ATS tools and recruitment metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in product-based or startup hiring.
• Exposure to bulk hiring or niche hiring.
• Understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, cloud, microservices).
