IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

At go AVA, the team and requirements are growing quickly, and our office IT needs to grow with them. That is why we are looking for you: someone who reliably manages workstations, accounts and devices while creating structure where many things have so far been handled pragmatically.

You are the central point of contact for everything related to IT in our team’s day-to-day work. You administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune, ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding, and help implement our ISO 27001 measures in the office environment. You report directly to Tim, our Head of Infrastructure, and have a real impact on how IT works here.

The position is permanent, full-time or part-time, hybrid with an office in Essen. Start date is as soon as possible.

Your tasks

• You manage our office IT: workstations, hardware, software and accessories.
• You administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including users, groups, licences and permissions.
• You manage our Mac and Windows clients via mobile device management with Intune.
• You handle employee onboarding and offboarding: accounts, devices and access.
• You provide first- and second-level support for the team.
• You contribute to ISO 27001, implement measures in the office IT area and maintain the related documentation.
• You create order and structure: you define processes, manage the inventory and document knowledge.
• You occasionally support the supervision of our trainees.

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification.
• You have hands-on experience with M365, Entra ID and Intune, or at least a solid foundation in them.
• You are confident working with macOS and Windows.
• You speak German and English well.
• You enjoy creating order and bringing structure to a team, even when not everything has been defined yet.
