About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Performance Marketing to lead paid acquisition and revenue growth across our global e-commerce brands - Covers & All, Tarps & All, BannerBuzz and Best of Signs.

The ideal candidate should be strongly hands-on with Google Ads, e-commerce growth, analytics and performance optimization, while also having the ability to lead a team and develop scalable paid-media strategies across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own paid-media strategy, budgets and revenue growth across multiple brands and international markets.
• Lead Google Ads across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft Ads and other paid acquisition channels.
• Drive improvements in ROAS, CAC/CPA, conversion rate, revenue and overall marketing efficiency.
• Develop campaign structures, keyword/product segmentation, bidding, audience and budget strategies.
• Own Google Merchant Center, product feeds and feed-related performance issues.
• Build monthly/quarterly media plans, revenue forecasts and budget allocation strategies.
• Analyze campaign, product, category and customer-level performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct competitive, search-term, Auction Insights and incremental-growth analysis.
• Work closely with Technology, Product, Creative, Analytics and Finance teams to improve paid-media performance.
• Own conversion tracking, attribution and funnel measurement across the customer journey.
• Drive A/B testing across campaigns, creatives, landing pages, offers and audiences.
• Identify and implement AI, automation and emerging advertising opportunities.
• Mentor and manage the performance marketing team and establish strong optimization/QA processes.

Must-Have Skills

• 8-12+ years of experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and e-commerce advertising.
• Proven experience managing large paid-media budgets and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong expertise in Search, Shopping/PMax, Demand Gen and YouTube.
• Strong knowledge of Google Merchant Center and product feeds.
• Excellent understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, MER, LTV, conversion rate and profitability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience in international/multi-country e-commerce is preferred.
• Team management/mentoring experience.
• Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking and marketing analytics.
