Your Role: As a Systems Engineer at Bally’s Intralot, you will take a key role in managing Linux Systems within the dynamic gaming industry!

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot a wide range of systems and services

• Participate in the design, implementation, and support of IT infrastructure

• Configure storage, servers, fabric switches and systems, Microsoft servers (Cluster Services, File Services, Active directory Services, Certificate Authority services), Virtual Infrastructure (VMware, Hyper-V) and backup systems

• Deploy new operating systems and features, middle ware applications as well as provide enhancements to existing applications and software

• Support and maintain modern IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS, and contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Interact and negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure system-related products and services

Requirements

To thrive inthis role, you should meet these qualifications:

• University/College Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or relevant technology field.

• 3-5 years of IT-related experience.

• Excellent experience in development, systems’ implementation and applications

• Good Knowledge of OS (LINUX, AIX, Kubernetes), especially:

• Linux System administration (RHEL and derivates + Ubuntu)

• UNIX System administration (AIX)

• Container and Container orchestration platform administration (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices

• Experience in ticketing systems (Jira)

• Excellent command of the Greek & English language, both written and spoken.
