Preowned Sales Executive

• Sell pre-owned vehicles to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Actively prospect for new customers through various channels, including referrals, telephone calls, online leads and networking.
• Respond promptly to incoming vehicle enquiries and follow up on leads.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
• Conduct thorough customer needs analysis to determine suitable vehicle options.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective customers.
• Conduct professional test drives and explain vehicle specifications, features and benefits.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate vehicle pricing within approved parameters.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
• Identify trade-in opportunities and assist with the trade-in process.
• Work closely with the Used Vehicle Manager, F&I team and other dealership departments to ensure smooth transactions.

• Grade 12 / Matric - essential
• Previous vehicle sales experience within a motor dealership.
• Proven track record of achieving vehicle sales targets.
• Experience specifically within pre-owned vehicle sales will be highly advantageous.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Own reliable transport preferred.
• Good computer literacy.
• Experience using a dealership CRM/DMS system will be advantageous.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Professional presentation and customer service orientation.
