Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Invoicing Clerk to support our invoicing and billing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing a high volume of invoices, maintaining records, identifying discrepancies, and communicating with providers to ensure invoices are processed efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Enter and process invoices accurately in company systems.
Process a high volume of invoices, approximately 90-100 per day.
Review invoice details for accuracy and identify discrepancies or missing information.
Manage invoice-related email correspondence and respond to queries in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date invoice records and documentation.
Assist with invoice tracking, follow-ups, and resolution of outstanding issues.
Liaise with providers via email and phone to clarify invoice details and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure invoicing tasks are completed within required timeframes and in accordance with established processes.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of invoices.
Reliable, honest, and accountable.
Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, or a similar finance administration role.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and handling email correspondence.
Salesforce experience is an advantage but not required.
