Junior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a passionate and driven Junior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Centurion. The successful candidate will support the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and brand initiatives to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness.

Salary: Up to R 30 000 per month (CTC), depending on experience and qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications (advantageous)
• 3+ years' experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house)
• 1 years Management experience
• Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) advantageous
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Gauteng

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns (digital and traditional)
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and create engaging content
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to produce marketing materials
• Support SEO, SEM, and email marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Track, measure, and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI
• Assist in organising events, promotions, exhibitions, and trade shows
• Manage the marketing content calendar and ensure brand consistency across all channels
• Liaise with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Update and maintain the company website (CMS, e.g., WordPress)
• Manage marketing budgets and process supplier invoices
